All About Anxiety

This intensive cognitive-behavioral therapy group is designed specifically for those who struggle (diagnosed) with social anxiety disorder. Anxiety affects everyone, but for some it significantly impacts their quality of life and their ability to interact in the world.

If you are ready to take back your life and challenge the anxiety, then this group is for you. During the group process, you will learn the following:

  • What to do when anxiety comes knocking, before and after you answer the door

  • How to recognize and deal with the anxiety gifts of unwanted physical symptoms and thoughts

  • How to design anxiety challenges to fight back and take control of your life

  • To embrace and enjoy life while accepting the presence of anxiety

Can't Sleep? Let's Talk Sleep!

Are you one of those that "count sheep in the middle of the night"? If so, then this course is designed especially for you. You can expect to learn the following from taking this course:

  • The importance of sleep hygiene practices

  • Proven cognitive, behavioral and relaxation techniques that are effective in treating insomnia

  • How to create your own treatment structure and implementation plan, to deal with your sleep struggles

  • Lifestyle factors that impact your sleep
