What to Expect:

You will receive individualized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions designed for individuals struggling with insomnia. I will help you identify your habits that may be getting in the way of a good night's sleep while encouraging you to cultivate sleep compatible behaviors. In the sessions life style factors like stress and our thought life will be explored in relation to their impact on sleep.
